Cultural Significance
Noble objectives, recap those ideals that adorn life, that embellish the development of a person. In the center of the movie is the future, more specifically, the character’s struggle to withstand entropy. It regards the battle against time and mortality in a dystopian society in the dark future of 2066 where everything created is merely destined for destruction. It seeks to dissuade the audience from the fact that we will never be able to escape such a fate. However, we can still watch and enjoy ”Don’t die” on the big screen at the Venice Film Festival which teaches a lesson to the upcoming generations. Hence it is let down for the future.
